Parish Life
Our Annunciation Parish is a busy parish. In addition to liturgical
events, we have many educational, social and cultural activities
scheduled throughout the month. All scheduled events are posted on an
online calendar and are published in our monthly print newsletter and on
a whiteboard in the hall.
The Parish Life Committee meets once a month to finalize the calendar of
events. If your organization is planning an event or you need to
schedule the hall for personal use, please email the church secretary
with the details.
The Hall is available for personal use by parishioners for a nominal
cleaning charge of $60. Parishioners must be members in good standing to
use the hall for free. The hall is also available to non-parishioners
for a fee. Individual parishioners or groups who wish to use the hall
should contact the church office so that your event can be scheduled in
conjunction with other church and parish events.
Monthly Bulletins
We publish a monthly bulletin which is mailed to all parishioners. Weekly
updates are provided in the Sunday bulletin for those who attend church. Articles are due around the 15th of the month by email or fax
to the church secretary. These newsletters will be available online in PDF
format.
Church Committees and Organizations
The Parish Life Committee is responsible for facilitating and managing the
ministries and activities of the parish. Each ministry and organization
associated with our parish is represented on the committee by its leader or
their representatives. Meetings are held as announced in the monthly calendar.
These meetings are open to anyone who wants to attend and participate. The
following organizations are represented on the Parish Life Committee:
