AHEPA 296 Apartments
The AHEPA 296 Apartments are located at 3835 Creighton Road in Pensacola, Florida. AHEPA 296, Inc. is the owner corporation, AHEPA National Housing Corporation (ANHC)
is the national sponsor, and the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban
Development (HUD) is financing the project.Construction began in January 2007 and is scheduled for completion in March 2008. The Ground Breaking Ceremony was held on March 21, 2007 with over 70 people in attendance including Father Michael Pastrikos who performed the blessing of the property, Nick Stratas, President of ANHC, Dr. P.C. Wu, Pensacola City Councilman, George Berardi, Berardi + Partners Architects, Bobby Foropoulos, AHEPA Past District Governor, Mike Fitzgerald and staff, White-Spunner Construction, Inc., the AHEPA 296, Inc. Board of Directors, members of the Daughters of Penelope, and members of Daphne Chapter 296.
